Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AimedCareers. As a specialized job board serving employers in AI, healthcare, and life sciences, our platform provides immediate digital visibility and automated distribution. For this reason, we operate under the refund policy outlined below.

General Policy

AimedCareers operates on a pay-per-post basis. All transactions are final and non-refundable. Job postings are classified as digital services. Once payment is successfully processed, our systems immediately allocate resources to host, index, review, and distribute your listing. At that point, the service is considered to have commenced.

Service Commencement

By clicking "Post Job," you expressly request that service begin immediately and acknowledge that you thereby waive any statutory cancellation period that may otherwise apply.

Early Closure of Job Listings

Each purchase covers the placement of a job advertisement for a fixed duration (typically 30 days). If you choose to fill the position, pause hiring, or remove the listing before the posting period ends: - You may remove the listing at any time - No pro-rated refunds or unused-time credits will be issued

No Guarantee of Hiring Outcomes

AimedCareers provides a visibility and distribution platform only. We do not guarantee: - A specific number of views, clicks, or applications - Candidate quality, suitability, or hiring outcomes Accordingly, refunds or credits will not be issued due to: - Low applicant volume - Perceived lack of qualified candidates - Hiring decisions made through other recruitment channels

Limited Exceptions

At our discretion, AimedCareers may issue account credit (not a monetary refund) in the following verified circumstances: - Platform Service Failures: If AimedCareers experiences technical failures that prevent your listing from being published or distributed as promised for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund or extension of the posting period. - Duplicate Charges: A technical error resulted in multiple charges for the same single listing - Listing Rejection: Your listing was rejected during moderation and was never published No credit or refund will be issued for listings removed due to violations of our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage employers to contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact: - Access to the associated account may be suspended - Active or pending job listings may be removed - We reserve the right to provide transaction records to the payment provider

Pre-Purchase Checklist

Before completing payment, please ensure that: - Job details, compensation information, and contact links are correct - The role is approved for hiring within your organization - You are prepared for the listing to go live immediately

Consumer Rights Notice

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, European Union, or United Kingdom.
